1/2 Steer

The greatest part about Dexter Beef is that the average steaks are 6-8 oz which is an appropiate, health conscious serving.  When you purchase a half a beef, you are getting ALL the cuts (steak, roasts, ground beef, ribs) that you would in a full sized Angus but since it weighs less, it is less money overall.

Our beef is grass fed and grain finished without added hormones.  We have it priced competitively wth your local grocery stores with a quality that surpases grocery store meat.

Steers can be ordered by the 1/2 or whole for a bulk discount over individual packages.  How many pounds of packaged beef you get varies from steer to steer but on average, you can expect about 142 pounds of meat.

All pre-orders require a 10% deposit which is then deducted off your final purchase price.
